Return and Cancellation Policy

At Vlozarinthral, we are committed to delivering home decorating services that exceed your expectations. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to make our cancellation and refund process as transparent and fair as possible. This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel a service booking or request a refund.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all home decorating services offered by Vlozarinthral, including but not limited to initial design consultations, room styling packages, full home design services, and any related add-on services. This policy covers both pre-paid and invoiced services. By booking any of our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
2. Consultation Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, we ask that you notify us as early as possible. The following terms apply to consultation cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund of any prepaid consultation fee.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without prior notice, may forfeit the full consultation fee.
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
3. Service Cancellations
For larger decorating projects, including room styling and whole home design packages, the following cancellation terms apply:
- If you cancel before work has commenced, you will receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred, such as materials ordered on your behalf.
- If work has already begun, the refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation. We will provide a detailed breakdown of completed work and associated costs.
- Any custom materials, fabrics, or furnishings that have been ordered specifically for your project and cannot be returned to the supplier are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to retain a reasonable administration fee to cover the costs of project planning and coordination already undertaken.
4. Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule a consultation or project milestone, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred alternative date and time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be treated as a cancellation under the terms described above, at our discretion.
5. Refund Process
When a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow the following timeframes for refund processing:
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed, along with any relevant reference numbers.
6. Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can address your concerns. Our approach to service satisfaction includes:
- An initial review meeting after project completion where we walk through the results together and gather your feedback.
- A willingness to make reasonable adjustments within the agreed project scope at no additional cost.
- Open communication throughout the project to ensure alignment with your expectations at every stage.
- A commitment to resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
While we strive for excellence in every project, please note that subjective preferences in colour, texture, and style are not grounds for a full refund if the delivered work aligns with the agreed design plan.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under a service agreement if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather events, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust the project timeline accordingly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The revised policy will apply to all bookings made after the effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our terms.
